Hi members! Your responses from the post-Malta survey have been really helpful in shaping the Tour Committee’s initial work on researching and planning for 2028. Your responses, as well as feedback from Dan, have brought us to six (6) destinations. The destinations represent: 1) the most frequently mentioned places in the post-Malta survey; 2) places where choirs from the United States do not usually go; 3) affordability; and 4) places that would welcome our music, our help, and our friendship. The New Hampshire Friendship Chorus’ (NHFC) mission is to foster international friendship, understanding, and goodwill by sponsoring concert tours to other countries. Interested singers of all ages, genders, belief systems, and ethnicities are encouraged to participate. We seek areas of the world that have fewer opportunities to meet choirs from the United States. We encourage collaboration and participation through joint concerts with local groups, and we endeavor to engage through informal gatherings with other singers and audience members alike.
As we start the process of submitting an RFP (Request for Proposal) to travel agencies, we seek your help one more time by answering four multiple choice questions about tour components — including ranking six candidate destinations (Albania, Chile, Greece, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Uzbekistan). Your input is helping to make 2028 successful!
